1. General Policy Overview

Gericia International supplies premium alloy wheels and automotive accessories, including customised finishes and made-to-order items.
By purchasing through our website or via direct invoice, you agree to the policies outlined below.

2. Shipping Policy

2.1 UK Shipping

• Free Standard UK Shipping on all alloy wheel orders.
• Standard delivery timeframe: 3–7 working days, depending on availability and whether any custom finishing is required.
• Express delivery may be available at extra cost.
• All UK shipments include tracking and insurance.

2.2 International Shipping

• Worldwide international shipping is available.
• Shipping costs are calculated individually and depend on:
  • Destination country
  • Weight and dimensions of packages
  • Courier/freight method
  • Insurance requirements
• A shipping quote must be accepted and paid prior to dispatch.

2.3 Customs, Duties & Import Taxes

For all international orders:

• All customs duties, VAT, taxes, port charges, and clearance fees are the responsibility of the customer.
• Customs delays are outside our control.

2.4 Delivery Requirements

• Deliveries generally require a signature.
• If a parcel is returned to us due to non-collection or incorrect information provided by the customer, additional delivery charges will apply to re-ship the goods.

3. Risk, Ownership & Insurance

3.1 Transfer of Risk

• Risk passes to the customer once the goods are collected by the courier or shipping agent.
• For international freight options, risk passes at the point the goods leave our facility (unless otherwise agreed under specific INCOTERMS).

3.2 Insurance

• UK shipments include default courier insurance.
• International customers may request enhanced insurance for high-value items.
• Gericia International is not responsible for uninsured losses or damages during transit for international shipments.

4. Returns, Refunds & Exchange Policy

4.1 All Sales Are Final

Due to the specialist nature of alloy wheels, including fitment requirements and customisation:

All sales are final and strictly non-refundable, unless the goods arrive faulty or damaged.

This applies to:

• Standard alloy wheels
• Any custom-finished or personalised wheels
• Powder-coated or painted wheels
• Polished, machined or bespoke finishes
• Wheels supplied with tyres, TPMS or fitting packages
• All made-to-order or special-order products

4.2 Incorrect Fitment (Customer Responsibility)

• The customer is responsible for verifying correct fitment, including:
  • PCD
  • Offset
  • Centre bore
  • Brake caliper clearance
  • Load rating
  • Tyre sizing
• Wheels cannot be returned due to incorrect fitment unless Gericia International has explicitly confirmed compatibility in writing.

4.3 Faulty or Damaged Goods

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, you must notify us within 48 hours of delivery.

Please provide:

• Clear photos/videos of the damage
• Photos of internal and external packaging
• Order number and proof of purchase

Outcome

Once verified, we will provide one of the following:

• Replacement item(s)
• Repair (if appropriate)
• Refund only if replacements are unavailable

Late reports (after 48 hours) fall outside courier insurance coverage and cannot be processed.

4.4 Manufacturer Defects

• Manufacturing faults are handled under the relevant manufacturer’s warranty.
• Assessment may require inspection by the manufacturer or an independent expert.

5. Order Cancellations

5.1 Standard Items

Orders cannot be cancelled once:

• Processing has started
• Goods have been allocated to your order
• Dispatch has been booked

5.2 Customised or Special-Order Wheels

Orders for the following cannot be cancelled under any circumstances:

• Custom-finished wheels
• Painted or powder-coated wheels
• Bespoke forged wheels
• Wheels ordered specifically from a manufacturer on your behalf
• Wheels built or customised to your specification

6. Product Images & Descriptions

• Product images are illustrative.
• Colours, finishes and shade tones may vary across batches or due to screen lighting.
• Minor aesthetic variations do not constitute a fault.

7. Liability & Disclaimer

Gericia International is not liable for:

• Damage caused by incorrect installation
• Fitment errors not confirmed in writing by us
• Tyre stretch or non-standard tyre fitment choices
• Damage from road conditions, misuse, kerbing, accidents or chemicals
• Issues arising from motorsport or track use

Professional installation by a qualified technician is strongly recommended.

8. Fraud Prevention & Verification

We reserve the right to:

• Request proof of ID and address
• Verify billing and shipping information
• Refuse or cancel orders suspected of fraudulent activity
