Gericia International Ltd accept most major credit card and debit card payments, either on our website www.gericia.com or over the phone (+44 (0) 208 361 9222) or via fax (+44 (0) 208 361 3222)

We also accept Business Cheques, Personal Cheques and Bank Transfers.

All payments made by cheques, will take approximately 7 working days from when the cheque is paid in for the cheque to be cleared. All items will be shipped, once we have received cleared funds into our bank account.

If there any problems or you are not satisfied with your product, you need to notify us within 7 working days from date of receipt of the goods. You will then need to send them back to us for a refund.

The product has to be in a saleable condition and not damaged or used in any way. You will be liable for the cost of replacement or repair of any goods returned scratched, knocked, damaged, etc.

Any goods returned to Gericia International Ltd must be properly packaged to avoid damages during transit. If the goods are not adequately packaged, incorrectly addressed or do not carry the correct postage or lost during Transit to us, the customer will be responsible for the item and no Refunds will be made by our company. For this reason all items returned must be the customer’s responsibility to ensure that both goods and retail packaging returned are adequately protected from damage, regardless of the reason for their return.

Where goods are incorrectly supplied and sent out by courier or Royal Mail, Gericia International Ltd may at their sole discretion agree to arrange collection. It remains the customer’s responsibility to ensure that goods are adequately packaged as described above.

We strongly recommend that all Returned goods are sent via a Trackable service and Insured.

Gericia International Ltd will not be liable for any default due to any act of God, war, strike, lockout, industrial action, fire, flood, drought, storm or any other event beyond reasonable control.The customer has to pay for all return delivery costs, unless otherwise agreed by Gericia International Ltd.

The customer must inform us via email or post of any returns within 7 working days of receipt. Otherwise no refund will be given.

Any items proved to our satisfaction to be faulty by reason of defective material or workmanship will be replaced or the cost thereof refunded. The decision to replace or refund rests solely with Gericia International Ltd

Gericia International Ltd will not pass any of your information, including credit or debit card information to any third party.

Gericia International Ltd reserve the right to amend these Terms and Conditions from time to time, as required.

This contract is subject to the law of England and Wales, and all disputes arising out of this contract shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.These Terms and Conditions govern the supply of goods sold by Gericia International Ltd (Company Registration No. 3028496 ), P.O. Box 27222, London N11 1WN to the customer named on the order form.

If we cannot enforce any condition in this agreement, it will not affect the validity of any of the other conditions in this agreement
